At lunchtime today Swim Ireland released a Statement regarding Covid-19.  Basically, as a health and welfare issue, Swim Ireland has informed all clubs that they must cancel with immediate effect and until further notice all galas, competitions, meetings and any social or fundraising activities.  The notice is posted in our “Downloads” section or can be read here.

In the first instance, this means that this evening’s AGM is cancelled until further notice.

With regard to training, this advice does not impact on training, which will continue this evening as normal.

Members will be advised as further information is received both from Swim Ireland and from The Leisure Centre.  For the moment, it is up to each individual as to whether they train or not this evening.
